Q: Do you provide the alcohol, what is a dry hire?
A: No, in accordance with ABC laws, we do not sell or supply alcohol. Alcohol must be purchase by the client and in not included in our quotes. When you book a dry‑hire bar like ours, you supply the alcohol and we take care of the bartending, setup, and guest experience. This gives you the freedom to choose the brands you truly love, skip steep venue markups, design custom signature cocktails, keep any leftover alcohol, and return unopened bottles when purchased from retailers like Total Wine. It’s one of the easiest ways to stay on budget while still delivering an elevated experience. Check out this page to get an idea of what we DO provide.
Q: Where are you based out of and how far will you travel?
A: We operate out of Middletown, DE and usually travel within a two‑hour radius. If you’re located a bit farther, don’t hesitate to ask — we love exploring new places. For events more than 40 miles away, we charge a $2/mile travel fee to cover gas, tolls, and the extra time it takes to get to you.
Q: Do you carry insurance? What kind of permits will I need for my event?
A: Yes! We carry general liability insurance, as well as liquor liability insurance. We can provide copies of our insurance policies to your venue upon request.
For any permits that may be needed it is the client’s responsibility to secure those. Generally, if your event is held on private property, you will not need to secure any permits. If you have any questions, please email us, or reach out to your local municipality or police department regarding permitting.
